Rezone 55 Victoria St Korumburra (Lot 4 LP14050) from a Public Park and Recreation Zone to a Residential 1 Zone. Rezone part of Carinya Lodge (aged care facility) Carinya Crescent Korumburra (PC363584) from a Rural Zone to a Residential 1 Zone.
