The amendment applies to land within DD06 DD07 H0102 (Alma Park) & H0282 H080 H081 H082 H084 & H085 14-16 Punt Rd 336 St Kilda Rd 60-64 Fitzroy St 415 Graham St 397 & 401 Bay St 238 St Kilda Rd 42 Ruskin St.
