With respect to land at 113 Cecil Street 122-130 & 132 York Street 99 103-107 & 109 Market Sreet Browns Lane & Market Pl South Melbourne as follows: rezone land from Business 3 Zone to Business 1 Zone introduce a Schedule to the Business 1 Zone specific to the subject land limiting combined leaseable floor area on the site for office shop and restricted retail premises and to introduce a new Schedule (DDO 15) to the Design and Development Overlay at Clause 43.04 specific to the land. Permit No. 0791/2003 proposes the part demolition of 113 Cecil Street and demolition of all other buildings on the land. The construction of alterations and additions to 113 Cecil Street and a new seven level building plus two basement car parking levels.
