Authorisation No. A0494 Introduces a new schedule (DDO18) to the Design and Development Overlay at Clause 43.02 to implement the Ormond Road Urban Design Guidelines and amends the corresponding planning scheme maps. Amends the local policies at subclauses 22.01-3 22.02-3 22.05-6 and 22.06-6 to include an additional reference document. Rezones 129 and 131 Ruskin Street Elwood from a Business 1 Zone to a Residential 1 Zone and amends the corresponding planning scheme map.
