Authorisation No: A165 Addresses a range of anomalies in the maps and text of the planning scheme. Many of the changes reflect recent acquisition of land by Parks Victoria by removing application of the Public Acquisition Overlay 3 and replacing application of the RCZ4 with the PCRZ to part or all land at 46 Mooney Rd Yarrambat 15A Mooney Rd Yarrambat 45A Clarke Rd Yarrambat 115 Goldsworthy Lane Plenty 67A Happy Hollow Drive Plenty 61A Reynolds Rd Eltham 100 Laughing Waters Rd Eltham 130 Laughing Waters Rd Eltham 185 Laughing Waters Rd Eltham 195 Laughing Waters Rd Eltham and removing the PAO3 and replacing application of the LDRZ with the PCRZ to a section of land at 16 Homestead Rd Eltham. The Amendment corrects errors in the identification by the planning scheme of land nominated for acquisition by Parks Victoria by applying the Public Acquisition Overlay 3 to a section of land at 59 Happy Hollow Drive Plenty and re-zoning it from PPRZ to RCZ4 and applying the PAO3 to land at 99 Kurrak Rd Yarrambat. The Amendment addresses planning scheme mapping errors by removing application of the PAO3 to a road reservation abutting 50 Homestead Rd Eltham applying the SLO2 to 2 Souter St Eltham removing application of the Design and Development Overlay 3 to land zoned Public Use 1 Zone at 261 Diamond Creek Greensborough rezoning land at 835 Hurstbridge-Arthurs Creek Rd Arthurs Creek from PCRZ to RCZ3 rezoning land currently zoned PUZ4 at 67 Main-Hurstbridge Rd Diamond Creek to Business Zone 2 and removing application of the Environmental Audit Overlay to a section of land at 105 Mine Rd Nutfield. The Amendment makes minor changes to the text of the Special Use Zone 2 to rectify an identified lack of clarity in sections of the schedule pertaining to fencing kitchen gardens and vegetation removal.
