Change the Local Provisions of the Scheme relating to land at 789 Henley Road Bend of Islands ( also known as Stage Two of the Heritage Golf and Country Club development ) by: Modifying Special Use Zone- Schedule 1 to exempt buildings and works from requiring a planning permit if consistent with a Development Plan which has been endorsed generally in accordance with the Incorporated Site Plan| New provisions are included in the Environmental Significance Overlay Schedule 1 to exempt buildings and works from requiring a planning permit if consistent with a Development Plan which has been endorsed in accordance with the requirements of the Special Use Zone-Schedule 1| New provisions are included in the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay Schedule to exempt buildings and works from requiring a planning permit if consistent with a Development Plan which has been endorsed in accordance with the requirements of the Special Use Zone-Schedule 1
