The amendment applies to land at 32, 34 and 42 Murchison Street, Marysville (the subject site) and: Rezones the land to Special Use Zone (SUZ) and introduces a new Schedule 2 to the SUZ to promote the use and development of the land for a major tourist facility. Amends the Schedule to Clause 52.03 to provide specific controls for the land contained in an Incorporated Document. Amends the Schedule to Clause 81.01 to introduce an Incorporated Document titled Major Tourism Facility, Marysville, March 2012.
