Authorisation No: A0005 Rezone properties at 11 Clarkestown Avenue Mount Eliza and 73-75 Canadian Bay Road Mount Eliza from a Residential 1 Zone to a Business 1 Zone amend the schedule to the Business 1 Zone in relation to the land so that a planning permit will be required to use the land for a shop and restaurant and apply a new schedule to the Design and Development Overlay over the land.
