Rezone 59 to 63 Gowanbrae Drive Gowanbrae from Residential 1 Zone to Business 1 Zone| Amend the Schedule to the Business 1 Zone to control the amount of floor space permitted to be used for the purpose of a shop. (A planning permit application is being considered concurrently with this amendment to facilitate use and development of the land for the purpose of a convenience shop take away food shop and to construct a dwelling above the covenience shop)
