Amend the Planning Scheme to facilitate the subdivision and residential development (including development of 17 sites for medium density housing) on the former Niddrie Quarry site a 47 hectare property within the area bounded by Rachelle Road Noga Avenue Steele Creek and The Avenue Niddrie| Modify Clause 22.15 Municipal Strategic Statement to remove reference to past development approvals on the land if they are no longer relevant| Introduce a Land Subject to Inundation Overlay along that part of the subject land affected by the 1 in 100 year flood level of Steele Creek| Introduce a Development Plan Overlay with accompanying schedule to the identified medium density sites and the site identified for non-residential use to provide a degree of certainty regarding the use form and density of development that is to occur on these sites| Consider a planning permit to subdivide the land and remove native vegetation
