Authorisation No A1494 The amendment proposes to rezone: Approximately 10.19 hectare parcel of land bounded by Gilmore Street and Woods Road from Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ) to the Public Use Zone 2 Education (PUZ2) to facilitate the development of the Victoria Park Education Precinct and Approximately 2.46 hectare parcel of land bounded by Gilmore Street and Pinniger Street from the Public Use Zone 2 Education (PUZ2) to the Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ) for recreational purposes.
