Concurrent application for a Planning Permit for buildings and works associated with the development of a supermarket and 10 shops reduction in the car-parking requirements of Clause 52.06 waive the change room requirements of Clause 52.34 display of advertising signs and new/altered access to a Road Zone Category 1.
