The Amendment rezones land identified in the Kilmore Structure Plan 2016 within the South-East Growth Precinct from the Farming Zone, Rural Living Zone and Public Use Zone 4 to General Residential Zone and amends the extent of the Vegetation Protection Overlay Schedule 1 within the precinct.
