The amendment proposes to rezone the land at Glendonald Road Churchill (CA39 Section A and CA39C Section A - Title Plan 770344F) from the Rural Living Zone 4 to the Low Density Residential Zone| apply the Development Plan Ovelray Schedule 8 (DPO8) to the land to be rezoned and make changes to the DPO8.
