Revises Schedule 2 to the Design and Development Overlay (DDO2) as it currently affects all waterfront properties in Patterson Lakes which have title boundaries abutting the Tidal Waterways or Quiet Lakes and replace it with a new schedule and rezones the residential waterways from Residential 1 to the Public Use Zone 1 (Service and Utility).
