Authorisation No A759 Modify Table 1 to Schedule 10 of the Design and Development Overlay for precinct 1 to introduce a maximum height control of 2 storeys (7.5 metres) for 503 Main Street Mordialloc with a 12 metre setback for any second storey addition to the building and for Precinct 7 to increase the setback for any 3rd level of 622-626 Main Street Mordialloc from 4 metres to 8 metres.
