This amendment rezones land at 225-285 Donnybrook Road Mickleham to accommodate the approved re-alignment of Aitken Boulevard, including altering the amount and configuration of Industrial 1 Zone (IN1Z) and General Residential Zone 1 (GRZ1 )and introducing a new schedule to the Special Use Zone (SUZ12) to support employment use. The amendment also replaces Schedule 29 of the Development Plan Overlay (DDO29) with a new Schedule 31 to the Development Plan Overlay (DDO31) and deletes Schedule 17 to the Development Plan Overlay (DDO17) which is no longer required.
