The amendment incorporates a new document into the Hume Planning Scheme titled Lancefield Road Precinct Structure Plan. The amendment also rezones the land to Urban Growth Zone Schedule 10 to facilitate the development of the land and makes a number of other changes to the Hume Planning Scheme.
