The amendment rezones land at 200 Donnybrook Road, Mickleham from Schedule 2 of the Comprehensive Development Zone to Schedule 4 of the Comprehensive Development Zone to clarify the Merrifield employment precinct and town centre areas. The amendment also updates the Merrifield Comprehensive Development Plan and includes exemptions from buildings and works permits for single dwellings.
