Authorisation No. A01991 Hume City Council requested an amendment on behalf of Pask Group to rezone part of 1040-1090 Mickleham Road Greenvale from Residential 1 to Comprehensive Development insert a new Schedule 4 to Clause 37.02 and remove the Development Plan Overlay (DPO) from this part of the site to facilitate the development of a Neighbourhood Activity Centre.
