Rezone land in Wilson Street and Darlot Street from Business 1 Industrial 1 and Business Zone to Business 2 Zone| to rezone land on the south side of Selkirk Drive from Public Use Zone 6 to Residential 2 Zone and the section of Selkirk Drive abutting the Council Depot from Public Use Zone 6 to part Residential Zone 2 and part Industrial Zone 1. The amendment also proposes to introduce an Environmental Audit Overlay (EAO) over all land applicable to this amendment.
