Rezone land to a number of properties in Stawell Road Horsham from the Industrial 1 and Low Density Residential Living zones to the Business 4 Zone| and apply the Design and Development Overlay Schedule 10 to the properties to be rezoned to Business 4 as well as to a number of additional properties on the north side of Stawell Road.
