Authorisation No A827 The amendment rezones the following land: land in Plumpton Road Horsham from the Farming Zone to Industrial 3 Zone and Public Use Zone 6 and land adjacent to that site from Industrial 1 Zone and Residential 1 Zone to Industrial 3 Zone| rezones the Horsham Aerodrome from Farming Zone to the Industrial 3 Zone and Special Use Zone and apply a new Schedule 2 to the SUZ land| rezone land bounded by Madden Street Baker Street O Callaghans Parade and Hamilton Street Horsham from Business 4 Zone to a mix of Business 1 Zone Business 2 Zone Road Zone Category 2 and Public Use Zone 6 and apply the Environmental Audit Overlay to parts of this land| to make word changes to Clause 21.04-1 of the Municipal Strategic Statement to strengthen and provide additional direction for industrial development and development of the aerodrome site.
