The Land Is Described As Cas 54 56 57 58 59 60 60a 61 62 63 64 65 66 67 68 69 70 71 Sect 5 Lot 1 On P/S 4130115 Lot 1 On P/S 425569v A Section Of The Darlot St Rd Reserve & A Section Of Madden St Rd Reserve Tp Horsham. The amendment will rezone the northern section of the site to Business 4 rezone the southern section of te site to Residential 2 Zone Introduce Residential 2 Zone and schedule to the Horsham Planning Scheme and apply the Design and Development Overlay to the site.
