Rezone vacant land at the rear of the Williamstown Town Hall known as Wellington Place from part Public Use Zone 6 and part Business 1 Zone to Comprehensive Development Zone| Apply an Environmental Audit Overlay to a portion of Wellington Place and the land zoned Public Use Zone 6 at the rear of the Williamstown Town Hall| Introduce a Design and Development Overlay to the WellingtonPlace/ Douglas Parade precinct bounded by Douglas Parade Stevedore Street Ferguson Street the Williamstown Town Hall and library and western boundary of Wellington Place| Amend the boundaries of the Heritage Overlay applied to the Williamstown Town Hall (HO48) the Drinking Fountain (HO47) and the Newport-Williamstown heritage area (HO22) to exclude land included in the Comprehensive Development Zone and the existing Coles supermarket and carpark| Remove the Heritage Overlay applied to the former Electricity Supply Building at 6 Bath Place ( HO24)
