Rezone Council land used as a carpark located just south of the shops fronting Railway Street South and west of the shops fronting Pier Street Altona from Residential 1 Zone to Public Use 6 Zone (Local Government)| Rezone land generally on the corner of Blyth and Sargood Streets (north of the Altona library and south of the Council carpark west of the shops fronting Pier Street and west of the Coles supermarket) Altona from part Residential 1 and part Business 1Zones to Mixed Use Zone| Introduce the following new Local Planning Policies:- - Mixed Use Policy - Pier Street Altona - Northern Precinct - Mixed Use Policy - Blyth Street Altona| Amend the Schedule to the Mixed Use Zone by inserting a limit on the shop floor area of 80 square metres within the Blyth Street Mixed Use Zone The planning permit is for the use and development of 62 to 64 Blyth Street altona for the purpose of a carpark.
