To rezone that part of the subject land currently zoned Rural to Residential 1 | Apply the Development Plan Overlay and associated Schedule 2 to the existing golf course and associated facilities (Lots 1 & 2 in LP 66677)| and replace the existing Schedule 1 to the Development Plan Overlay on land to the north of the golf course (Lot 1 in PS 429 159U) with Schedule 2.
