The amendment applies to the 42 Coombs Road Tatura Shepparton Showgrounds the Kialla Paceway the Tatura Showgrounds the Tatura Racecourse 42 Coombs Road Tatura and land in Ross Street Tatura. Rezones land at 42 Coombes Road Tatura from Public Use: Service and Utility to Low Density Residential Zone. Amends Schedules 1 2 3 & 4 to the Special Use Zone to allow a telecommunications facility as a section 2 Use| and inserts a new clause 34.03 and associated Schedule to introduce the Business 3 Zone into the Planning Scheme.
