The amendment affects land at Archer Road Shepparton. Rezones part of the subject site currently zoned Rural Use Zone to the Residential 1 Zone. Removes the land from the Development Plan Overlay 1 and includes the land within a new Development Plan Overlay (DPO8). Inserts a new schedule (DPO8) in the Development Plan Overlay
