Rezone part of the Chas Johnson Reserve from the Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ) to the Residential 1 Zone (R1Z)| Rezone part of IF The Boulevard and 3 and 5 Kittles Road from the Urban Floodway Zone (UFZ) to the Residential 1 Zone. Extend the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO) on land at 1F The Boulevard and 3 5 and 7 Kittles Road to align with the eastern boundary of each property. Rezone part of 7745 Goulburn Valley Highway Kialla from the Urban Floodway Zone (UFZ) to the Residential 1 Zone. Extend the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO) on land at 7745 Goulburn Valley Highway Kialla to align with the western boundary of the property. Include land at 127 Echuca Road Mooroopna in the Development Plan Overlay (DPO1).
