Authorisation No A955 Rezone part of the land in Jetty Road Urban Growth Area Stage 1 ( generally bound by Port Phillip Bay to the north existing rural residential land to the south existing farm holdings to the west Griggs Creek in the north east and Jetty Road in the east ) from Farming Zone to Residential 1 Zone introduce a Development Plan Overlay Schedule 20 (DPO20) into the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme and apply Development Plan Overlay Schedule 20 (DPO20) to land in Stage 1.
