Authorisation NO A1709 The amendment proposes to rezone land at 19 and 21 Hodgson Street and 89 and 91 The Parade Ocean Grove from Residential 1 Zone (R1Z) to Mixed Use Zone (MUZ) and apply a Design and Development Overlay (DDO) over the land. The planning permit (Planning Permit 1264/2009) is for the use of the former CFA building at 19 Hodgson Street as an office with minor buildings and works and reduction of 1 car space.
