Insert a new Schedule to the Business 1 Zone which increases the maximum retail floor space for a retail development on the land at 2-20 Kingston Downs Drive Ocean Grove from 2 000 to 5 443 square metres| Change Clause 21.32 of the Municipal Strategic Statement to acknowledge the increased retail floor area of a shopping centre at the subject site.
