Rezone land at 135 Staceys Road, Lovely Banks and the (unmade) road reserve from the Southern boundary from Farming Zone to Urban Growth Zone in accordance with the Northern and Western Geelong Growth Areas Framework Plan (City of Greater Geelong, August 2020). It will also correct an omission in amendment C395ggee, which rezoned land in the Northern and Western Geelong Growth Areas to the Urban Growth Zone, to facilitate the implementation of the Northern and Western Geelong Growth Areas Framework Plan (August 2020).
