Authorisation No: A108 Rezone the rear of 397-399 Princes Highway Noble Park from Residential 1 to Mixed Use and include a site specific reference in the Schedule to the Mixed Use which would allow a maximum leasable floor area of 500 square metres for the purpose of Office Restricted retail premises and trade supplies.This would allow the use and development for five warehouse buildings with associated offices a trade supplies premises and a restricted retail premises.
