Rezones land along the southern entrance into central Bendigo between Shamrock Street and Short Street, Bendigo from Commercial 2 Zone to Commercial 1 Zone, corrects a small number of zoning anomalies in the area, and applies Schedule 20 to the Design and Development Overlay to guide the built form of future development.
