The amendment amends Schedule 16 to the Development Plan Overlay (DPO16 - Lansell Crest) at Clause 43.04 of the Greater Bendigo Planning Scheme, affecting land at 39-51 Lansell Street, Bendigo. The updated schedule deletes a cap on dwelling numbers, acknowledges the issue of a Certificate of Environmental Audit and preparation of a heritage assessment, and updates the requirements to be addressed in a development plan.
