The amendment proposes to rezone land formally known as portions 26, 27, 28 and 29 at 385 Common Road Inverleigh from Farming Zone (FZ) to Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ) and to Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ). It will also apply the Design and Development Overlay (DDO5) and Development Plan Overlay Schedule 15 (DPO15).
