The amendment proposes to rezone 85.4 hectares of land at portion 26, 27, 28 snd 29 385 Common Road Inverleigh from Farming Zone (FZ) to Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ) and to Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ). It will also apply the Design and Development Overlay (DDO5).
