Introduces in Clause 42.01 a Schedule 5 to an Environmental Significance Overlay| and introduces an Environmental Significance Overlay (ESO5) over the precinct. The amendment applies to precinct bounded generally by Wellington Road to the west Portland Harbour to the north Edgar Street to the south and extent of Residential 1 zoned land to the east Portland.
