The amendment proposes to: Rezone the land in Briggs Street and Hawthorn Road, Caulfield from part General Residential Zone (Schedule 1) and part General Residential Zone (Schedule 2) to the Commercial 1 Zone. Apply the Design and Development Overlay to the land and insert a new Schedule to the DDO. Apply an Environmental Audit Overlay to the land.
