The amendment proposes to correct the present anomalous zoning on the north side of Wilson Street west of Queen Street Colac from Public Use Zone (PUZ4 - transport) to part Residential 1 Zone , part Public Park & Recreation Zone, and part Public Use Zone. The corrected zoning reflects the existing and likely future uses of the land.
