Translates existing floor area restrictions into relevant schedules to Urban Growth Zones (UGZ)| replaces applied zones in schedules to UGZ with an equivalent reformed zone| makes other consequential changes to schedules to UGZ to implement the reformed zones| and introduces the new General Residential Zone and Schedule 1 to the General Residential Zone into the Casey Planning Scheme.
