Rezones the northern part of the land at 800 Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Clyde North (Lot 2, PS730842C) from the Urban Growth Zone – Schedule 3 (UGZ3) to the Urban Floodway Zone (UFZ), and the southern part of the land from the UFZ to the UGZ3, and adjusts the boundaries of the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay by removing the overlay from land below the 1-in-100 year flood level. Issues a planning permit for a Staged Multi Lot Subdivision and Creation of Restrictions at 800 Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Clyde North.
