Rezone Nos. 1-5 7-9 11 13 13B 15-17 19-21 23 25-29 Beaumont Road and 26 26A and part 34-36 Gardiner Street Berwick from Low Density Residential to a Residential 1 Zone| Apply a Development Plan Overlay (DPO11) to all of the above land| Add a new Schedule(DPO11-Beaumont Road Urban Development Area) to the Development Plan Overlay (Clause 43.04) that requires a Development Plan Overlay (Clause 43.04) that requires a Development Plan to be prepared for the land prior to any permit being granted| Include the above land and the following land 1-3 5 and 7 11 and 13 9 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 23 25 27 29 31 2 4-6 and 8 Rydaldene Way Berwick and 50 Harkaway Road Berwick in a Cr1 area on PLan 1 to the Schedule to Clause 52.01 which requires a 10 per cent contribution for public open space to be made upon subdivision of the land.
