Facilitates the residential development of land forming part of 42-80 Manuka Road, Berwick by rezoning the land from Farming Zone to Neighbourhood Residential Zone Schedule 2; amends the extent of the Heritage Overlay (HO49 and HO50); inserts a new Development Plan Overlay Schedule 24 and applies it to the land; amends Clauses 21.02, 21.03 and 21.14; amends the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay and amends the Schedule to Clause 72.04.
