A combined amendment and planning permit application which proposes to rezone 80S Linsell Boulevard, Cranbourne East from the Urban Floodway Zone (UFZ) to the General Residential Zone (GRZ1) and delete part of the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay to facilitate the staged, multi-lot residential subdivision of the land.
