The amendment: rezones the land to a Residential 1 Zone| places a Development Plan Overlay over the land| places a Vegetation Protection Overlay over the eastern half of the land| removes the Public Acquisition Overlay 1 affecting the land and apply a Road Zone 1 to this portion of land| removes the land from the Future Urban Areas Policy| amends Clause 52.01 to specify that the land is affected by a requirement for an 8% public open space contribution upon subdivision.
