Rezone 157.5 ha bounded by McSwains Road, the Murray Valley Highway, Echuca -Serpentine Road and the old Echuca sewerage farm, Echuca West. The land is rezoned from Residential 1 Zone to Business 4, Business 1, Public Use 2 - Education, Public Park and Recreation and Public Use 7 - Other Use Zones. The rezoning will allow for the development of 1660 residential lots, a local neighbourhood shopping centre, general and primary school open space and highway business commercial uses
