Revise Clauses 21.01 21.03 and 21.07 of the Municipal Strategic Statement Substitute a revised Clause 22.05- Industrial Areas Local Planning Policy Rezone the Bayside Industrial Area and Business Employment Area that being the majority of the land presently zoned Industrial 1 Zone and Industrial 3 Zone within the City of Bayside concentrated in the Bay Road/Reserve Road area of Sandringham Highett and Cheltenham from part Industrial 1 Zone and part Industrial 3 Zone to part Mixed Use Zone part Residential 1 Zone and part Business 3 Zone Apply a Development Plan Overlay to part of the land and Apply an Environmental Audit Overlay to all land proposed to be rezoned to Mixed Use or Residential 1 Zone except for properties owned by Intrapac Pty Ltd and the Gillon Group of companies near Jack Road and properties at 208-228 Bay Road Sandringham.
