Land located on north side of Ealing Ave Wendouree 34 mt west of Ulswater Rd from Public Park & Recreation Zone to Res 1 Zone| 2. Land located on north-east cnr of Hume Cres & Townsend Crt Alfredton Public Park & Recreation Zone to Res 1 Zone| 3. Land located on south-east cnr of Slatey Creek Rd & Millers Rd Invermay from Public Park & Recreation Zone to Rural Living Zone. Also proposes to rezone land on western boundary of 412-414 Learmonth St Buninyong from part Public Use Zone and part Res 1 Zone to Business 1 Zone.
